There was that one punt to go for it on 4th down thing that I gotta go rewatch. I swear there was a false start. And can you move that many people on or off the field like that? I know you can’t break a huddle with more than 11 but there were like 20 players on the field lol.

Depends on the outcome. When the SEC team wins, it was due to bias refs and ESPN hate of all other conferences.

Kirby is ridiculous to complain that Notre Dame substituted all 11 eleven players and that SEC officials had previously told him that could not be done.
Sorry, Coach NotSo Smart. These weren't SEC refs and today's refs properly gave you time to also substitute as many players as desired. It was one of your substituted players that the ref let get set...and then he decided to cross the line of scrimmage before the ball was snapped.

Yeah .....funny that the number of players substituted caused the offsides penalty ...... kind of like when a late substitution on defense causes a roughing the passer penalty.

Thanks. I did see that play. A lot of gamesmanship but not illegal or unethical (re: Beamer). The defense clearly jumped offsides.

I didn't see the whole game, but if that first possession running into the punter wasn't roughing the punter (the first one)...I'm not sure what would be.
Hated to cheer for ND...but cheered for ND.

There was substance to this headline. I read the article, and Kirby thinks he got screwed on the 4th & 1. He thinks the refs ignored the rule, which apparently he doesn’t know.

No surprise that he’s whining about the calls. Most GA fans blame the refs saying the opponents are paying them off. A majority of the calls I thought were in favor of Georgia— face mask on the ND quarterback that the announcers could see from the booth let alone the field. Also saw a few pass interference no calls where the defender was not turned around as the ball was thrown to the ND receiver.
