Why haven’t any big swinging

Iptay dudes called and demanded a HC change?
At some point fan base should be listened to. Anyone have stats on LJC attendance through the years? That’d be interesting to see.

I sent my email this morning but we're not big donors so I highly doubt it'll move the needle. That's all I know that I can do. Anything else, let me know.

Clueless you are.

I do have to agree on that particular point. The leadership of the university can't just stick their finger to the win and make decisions based off that.

No, they can’t react to the whims of outliers of the fan base. But, to take your analogy further, when the admin mistakes an oncoming storm for daily wind because they have tuned it out they’re endangering things. This is no longer the back and forth of a capricious fan base.

So don’t be whining if the fan support doesn’t meet your expectations next season. Need to find a new excuse. And since the University is making significant investment in the program you will need all new material.

"We love the people at Clemson, from President Clements to Graham Neff, Davis Babb, and Aaron Dunham, and on down the line. We’ve got a long-standing relationship with our program leaders, including Coach Brownell and Coach Swinney, and this is in support of them."
These are the people who have Neff's ear, good luck with your emails though

I don’t really read that as some glowing endorsement of Brownell. Just standard copy for such an announcement.

Right, what is says to me is more like “we buy our way into all the great parties and love everyone else who is there”.

If it does mean he dictates what Clemson athletics does, then Geech is pretty much endorsing an oligarchy making our decisions for us. Which is a pretty weird take even in this day and age.

Some have done so. Also, when he asked for contributions

to the $40 million basketball project some informed him that they would not be contributing more until another coach was hired.
Clearly not enough have felt this way or a change would have been made by now.
