I think he’s the best chance but I’m not sure if he is ready to pass protect. Remember how long it took ETN to become a good blocker?

I def get that but obviously they don’t think Adams is a good blocker either … I would run some split back so mafah can still block and get a few tough carries , or run two TE sets to help with the blocking some . There’s ways to help in the blocking schemes.

Would have been nice have given him more snaps this year.
Who would have thought we’d be in a situation where we might need him to win a playoff game?

Right. No one expected we would need him. The plan was to redshirt and that restricts him to only playing in 4 games. Glad the postseason doesn’t count towards the 4 games.

It's criminal that the staff knew Mafah had a torn Labrum and refused to get other guys carries in games where mafah was not needed.

Adams has played in 11 games with 27 carries for 118 yards and 4.1 ypc. Seems like a decent choice give a few more carries. If Mafah has a torn labrum like a few posters have indicated, doubt he'll be in any better shape than the past four or five games.

He'll get a shot before gametime... He'll be ready to roll, but we will need the young ones to step up.

The announcers brought it up in the game last night. He tore it in camp and it got worse as the season went on. That was Mcelroy that said it i believe.

Dabo went out to OKST to learn how to get WRs into the run game

They should have a plan for this after the last month of Mafah dragging tail. Go 00 or 01 all game and let Cade be the center runner. Big pressure on the OL — their injuries might make that too tough.
Worst case, put Sapp or Patt-Henry back there to chip if he needs protection.

I believe they had a plan going into Saturday night. And it involved a lot of Jay Haynes. So now to plan B. Or C. Or whatever it is.

I can remember when he signed, all of the South Carolina Clemson fans were raving about Jarvis Green. I wonder when he will put it together. He has been in the system for two years and still 4 or 5 on the depth chart.

Green was a fine high school RB that just didn’t really have any business playing at this level of college football.

Mafah is going to have a couple of needed weeks to get healthy. This is a Cade Klubnik game, though

You'd think after a full season the coaches would have them ready and able to do their job.

The one good thing is that other than Adam's, there's not much film to scout on the others.
