so many times the losing team scores an extra td or 2 during garbage time, because it doesn't matter. and it shouldn't matter.
if margin of victory is considered, starters are going to be forced to play all of every game, even if they're up 49-0, and you're going to see players getting hurt when they should've been out of the game
