Where do you think the ladies get seeded today? Currently ranked 14th

Ranked 14th we should obviously host especially after winning the ACC but any chance we get bumped to 8th or better? We have beat multiple teams ranked higher than us, Tenn, Coots, FSU, Duke and VT all in last 6wks. We have beat a few teams ranked lower as well like Stanford.
With those wins if taken into consideration, we could get bumped to 8th but I think we end up around 10th seed. We have to be one of the hottest teams the last half of the season.
Let's go Ladies! I guess selection is on ESPN2 at 7pm.

I think I saw they are like 41-6 since starting 3-6. Not sure my numbers are exact but they are close.

No, imo we won't get a top 8 seed. Hard to push fsu out based on one game. I think they'll take in consideration the fiasco with va tech... which I still can't understand why they put a young lady in to pitch in cold pouring rain with glasses on... I digress. Point being, how weighted is a conference championship in seeding.
Yeah, we've played like a top 8 team. We've had top 10 wins, but we played a series at home against one of the top 4 acc seeds. Duke, and lost that series.
Don't think ucla gets withheld based on one game. They're 17-4 against q1 teams. I think we're 15-10 with a bad loss to BC.

Yes, and our current rpi is 11th. All games have been played. Cawks rpi is 10th. But the rpi hasn't reflected the composite rankings all year.
I don't deal in rah rah stuff. As T_I_P said, it's a committee that has control now and there's usually at least one head scratcher national seed. Just like the big 12 got seeds when Oklahoma and Texas were in the conference. As I said, imo we won't.

Considering how we started, we are definitely playing like a top 8 seed. If the committee is a slave to RPI then we won’t get it. And we didn’t back into the ACCC since we were 2 seed.

6 national seeds. FSU and UCLA will complete the top 8.
The thing that trips up Clemson is their ACC schedule. The ACC is clearly the 2nd best league, but Clemson avoided the two next best teams in the league during the regular season. I feel that will be a deciding factor, and the team had no control over it.
The Coots going 7-1 against the ACC (all tourney teams) was not helpful for the perception of the ACC.

I've seen people saying anything from 8th to 12th. We will likely get either Auburn or Georgia in our regional. Whichever we don't get will probably go to Duke.

The committee has never done us any favors. Sending us to OU a couple of years ago and OSU the year before are good examples. That said, somebody has to go there and we got the short straw. My heart tells me 8 but my brain tells me 10. Regardless, this team has been a fun team to watch. I actually went to Clearwater and I left there thinking we are in trouble. But, we’ve improved so much it’s amazing. Great job by all involved.
