When’s Clemson filing a lawsuit against the NCAA?

Suing the NCAA for not putting Clemson in the tournament would show strength. Wouldn show Clemson won’t tolerate discrimination. Clemson beat NC state 3 times. But yet NC state gets the NCAA tournament spot that belonged to Clemson. Clemson should sue the advantage to Clemson for suing would be to get national attention. And the national attention would be good for recruiting and elevate Clemson basketball to new heights. As well as if Clemson wins the lawsuit they can sue for money lost from not making the tournament. All in all a lawsuit would be a win for Clemson basketball

It would be nice to force the NCAA to show the science behind it all and exactly how the at large selections were determined. Personally, I would like to know what's more important than head to head results.
