ESPN has Clemson at 16 in their post-spring camp rankings. If Clemson beats Georgia as a near two TD dog to open the season, no reason to think they can't move up as far as the 6-8 range.

Just win the ACCCG and we are in the CFP. THE SEC, BIG, BIG 12, ACC, CONFERENCE CHAMPS PLUS NOTRE DAME AND HIGHEST RANKED GROUP OF 5
MEMBER ARE GUARANTEED A SPOT IN THE CFP FOR THE NEXT 8 YEARS. I'M NOT SURE HOW ND GETS IN. BUT ACC will probably only get the one team in. SEC and BIG WILL GET 3-6 each depending on how it expands.

I would think one spot behind UGA ... so yeah...guven our lack of eliteness over the last few years and therefore their lack of desire to be there...they will drop feom #1 to #4 and we will move up to #5...after all...clearly everyone can see that no matter the score, they are a better team, from the eye test!!!
