Private organizations are absolutely able to set their standards. A lot use hormone level measurement for instance, WNBA, WPGA, WTA, Olympic sporting organizations, are free to do what they want. I'm surprised conservatives don't like this. More likely they don't know it, because they are too busy hyperventilating.
Title IX does not apply to these groups. Educate yourself.

They should feel free to set whatever entry standards that they want. Maybe they don't care?
I get that the MAGAt contingent doesn't grasp the difference between sports participation under Title IX (school participation) and everything else, but why don't they think that the "everything else" is capable of managing their own sports?
If the LPGA, WNBA, WTA, NWSL or the gravel bike club wants to set whatever standard they want, nobody has any problem with it. If they choose to be inclusive of trans competitors, why do you care? If they chose to not be, why would I care? They are private sporting organizations.
What a bunch of tranny-obsessed crybabies. Y'all should be embarrassed.

Based on past discussion on this issue, the overwhelming majority of this board agrees transgender men shouldn't be competing against women (although I do note Grimm's point that this is a private league).
The overwhelming majority (as in everyone) do NOT think kids under 18 should be allowed to have gender surgeries.
Our economy is #### and heading in bad places. China is building up. We have so many real problems facing our nation, but y'all continue to want to scream and holler and TikTok about the latest transgender thing you found on social media. And it's almost always about sports or surgeries.
It just sounds like, "I hate trans people. Please hate trans people with me. Why won't you hate trans people?!"
This is a non-fucking issue compared to so many others. Full stop. Get over it already. We get it. They're weird. You need a group to hate. It's like gay people in the early 2000s. It's like black people in the 1960s. Your "side" can't function unless some minority group is being demonized.
This board is so littered with you and McMurphy and Keowee and all the others obsessing over transgender people so much, it makes one wonder what you spend all day researching.
When our economy goes over the cliff and China knocks our satellites out of the sky en route to Taiwan, at least you'll be able to say, "Dadgummit, at least we kept them freaks in check! Even the ones I find kinda sexy!"
