Traditional turkey and all sides on Sunday. Today is a London broil marinated over night, smashed potatoes, green beans and apple pie. Go Tigers!

Same here!!!! I didn't think there were any others on this board. My wife and I have been plant based for 10 years now, tons of respect to your 30.
We're doing Quorn this year, but I enjoy the Tofurkey too.

Just because we don't eat meat doesn't mean that we don't like meat, we just do it for our own reasons. So it's nice when there's a product that replicates turkey, that's all.

Our son and his wife have invited us to their house for thanksgiving for the 1st time. The brisket is in the smoker and my one job is to make sure it stays at 225 degrees. His motivation is that he doesn’t like turkey or ham.

Laurinburg, NC, had issues getting turkeys . . . I opted for Cornish Hens . . . my crowd, whom have never been overly fond of turkeys, told me to NEVER deviate from Cornish Hens again!!!
So we will be joining you in meat choices . . . all the traditional “fix’ins” remain in tact.

Ate at the Daniel Boone Inn today and had country style steak and some ham biscuits will all the other fixings. They had turkey but I’m not much of a white meat eater. Everything was really good except their dressing.

I stayed up all night that Wed, drinking bourbon and smoking a brisket beside my fire. Maybe the best brisket I’ve ever done. Cannot wait to do another.
