I watched that unfold yesterday.
Bad enough that a player did it. But, then the second one was on an assistant coach. The last time I saw that was Will Muschamp getting in a refs face at Auburn. I thought he would be fired. Instead the coots hired him to be their HC.

Jumping offside on 4th down, giving the other team a first down, when you know they are running the play to try to draw you offside.

I could go with the above, but would add about 75% of the blocking in the back on punt returns. I get it that the play is in motion and sometimes a guy just turns at the wrong time, but most are just so blatantly obvious and unnecessary.

This is not what you mean, but face mask penalties could totally be eliminated by changing the mask to acrylic leaving nothing to grab hold of.
