He keeps it written on a card in his wallet although as many times as he's used it (at $CU alone), you'd think he would have it memorized bu now.

Actually, SOS knows better than to set any kind of precedence with suspensions due to the high likelihood that any number of his players will be the next to get in trouble with the law, especially any of their starters. By setting a precedence of no punishment for misdemeanors and minor offenses, he won't be accused of playing favorites or showing preferential treatment when it's a starter that's involved.
