Last night our attendance was an embarrassment. Credit to those who made it down. Far too many have become spoiled and dwell on the negative. Your negativity is poison to the entire program.
Who knows what happens if the stadium was 50-50 last night. I’m not saying we’d win, but the poor turnout certainly didn’t help us in any way.
Ya’ll need to stop bitching, put your money and time where your mouth is, have a darn good time doing so. Or……pick another team and get off the bandwagon.
And before you start attacking, I drove six-hours (one way) to each home game plus Ga Tech, Wake, ACCCG and the Orange Bowl. Step up.

Good for you..could it be maybe people are sick of practically having to offer their first born to be in IPTAY now? How much everything else costs on top of that? Maybe it’s also that this season was a big turn off to a lot of folks with the BS that was crammed down our throats

Went to all the home games and appreciate you making the trips. But we would’ve been better served by the team making the trip more so than the fans. I would’ve liked for them to show up.

but one of our national title games..............along with all the ACCCGames from 2015-2019........I saw PROMISE and EFFORT from our COACHES and PLAYERS..............the ONLY thing I see now is EFFORT from the players...........the PROMISE (of greatness) is not there with our current players........and the EFFORT by the coaches is LAZY.....DABO in particular. Not gonna waste any more money until I see our true potential and effort from coaches come back like it was from 2015-2019...........they lost their fire.......I've lost mine.

I’ve made my last bowl trip for a while.
It’s like Clemson’s football program is run for the financial benefit of Dabo and his family and friends.
I’ll have my season tickets and will go to Clemson home games. But that’s it for me.

You will not put that game on the fans.
Our coaches need to do a better job preparing the team and not getting “cutesy” with those crap special teams play calls that have blown up on us.
And I drove 15 hours from Knoxville for that game. Not home yet.

I think the fan turnout from the Clemson fans reflects the frustration a lot of us have with how the season played out - losing to SC especially - and the constant gaslighting we get from this coaching staff telling us not to believe what our lying eyes are telling us is going on.

How about coming into the game with that knowing you have a frosh QB, one OG on his second start, the other OG hurt with a bum ankle and wearing a green jersey in practice and a OT also nursing an injury?

Right. It’s the fans fault. Not a coach getting paid 10 mil a year. How dare fans that have been talked down to for the Better part of 2 years not hop on the first thing smoking to Miami. 10% inflation? Screw that, we have a chance to see Drew Swinney run a fake field goal! Let’s drop a boat load of money for an exhibition game.

The only way I have to affect change in the program is to withhold money and/or leave my seats empty. Dwindling attendance and no new money for NIL will get the AD’s attention really fast.

I hear you, admittedly I wasn't there last night, was there for all home games and ACCCG, last year same, years past have traveled to CFP.
I think the program deserves for a legit review. We have been spoiled but honestly there isn't any reason we couldn't have played our way up a notch. We were told all year that it was DJs team, then he struggles for 2 series in Charlotte and he's out of the program? Something was artificially working there and maybe someday we will know but I know that if CK plays in 4th quarter against the costs we win and we would've (right or wrong) been in the CFP. I do have confidence that Dabo was playing with his hands tied somehow anD I have confidence that he will evaluate in off-season the roles that his staff needs to be in. Streeter is obviously a good coach but not a play caller...so adjust, it's life a failed experiment bring Jeff back ...he is a proven play caller. We have struggled every since he left...Elliott wasn't good for that role either.
Enough guys coming back enough talent coming in...to contend and compete next year. 10+ year track record has my loyalty, hopefully clearer heads will prevail.

It’s hard for most people to be pumped about missing the playoffs when you’re used to being there every year. It’s no one’s fault…just a mindset. Throw in a loss to the coots on top of that. What do you expect?

Look, you do you ok! I was offered a free ride with my son and his boss. I opted to pass on a 115 ticket and save my money. My wife is a graduate, my daughter is a junior in high school and will probably follow mom's footsteps. That's all great, but where I come from it all about performance at tbe highest level. I get it that we won tbe ACC, but my opinion of sports it's kind of like Earnhardt. If you ain't first you are last. I watch, go to a few games a year, and send my annual check to Clemson. I do refuse however to support further a coach tbat seems to be resting on his laurels. Old school mentality says ole Dabo needs a good talking to, to check his temperature. We must always remember that everyone reports to someone!!!

Miami is a pretty expensive trip. Flights were outrageous and SW airline pretty much melted down.
Lots of people dont have the funds for a trip right now. especially with layoffs on the horizon and huge inflation. Hard to blame people that are struggling for not being there.
Seems like you think everyone bailed because they were unhappy with the program. The real reason might be more along financial lines.

Only the entitled fan base has this view. The realistic fans understand the entire picture. Like rewarding a millionaire coach that thinks he is never wrong. Is he religious sure, shows humility....NEVER!! I'm for one am disappointed in how he has evolved.
