Heard this through some Citadel websites.
For those that haven't heard, Westboro Baptist Church planning to protest at the funeral of 1st Lt. Ryan D. Rawl, the Citadel Class of 2004, killed in the line of duty in Afghanistan. Rawl was worked with the Richland Country Sherriff's office. Shameful.
If you can attend the funeral, please try and do so. Let's keep these kooks as far from the Rawl family as we can.

these people I just don't get. I have no idea other that being publicity seeking kooks why they do this. I am literally amazed some of them haven't been seriously attacked over these heinous antics. Talk about kicking people when they are down

They are all a bunch of lawyers who make money off civil suits (which usually settle out of court) when one of their members are attacked while protesting. They know how to get people riled up, and hope people will physically assault them so they can sue (members always video tape altercations). All of this while they hide under the umbrella of a church, so they pay no taxes.

Eat a meal of fried chicken, baked beans, and deviled eggs, all laced with garlic. Don't bathe for 7 days, drink a 12-pack, and then join them. Let the farts fly, hug the wimmen, and breathe all over them. They wont be there long and they don't have basis for a lawsuit.

Rawl’s funeral is scheduled for this Saturday (June 30) at 1:00 p.m. at the Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church in Lexington, S.C.

I met Ryan a few times at some weddings we attended, he graduated from lexington with my wife
I'll be there tomorrow
Almar Fitzgerald was a also friend of mine, he and Ryan graduated from lexington together in 2000, graduated the cidital together on 2004, and they both paid the ultimate sacrifice for their country
Those pieces of #### from wbc don't even deserve to speak either of their names, wouldnt mind herding up those wastes of oxygen and dropping them out in the ocean about 50 miles or so off shore, jmo
