Well, my Ma-in-Law's long end of life struggles are finally

over. She passed away around 6 pm this evening, surrounded by her two children. She went relatively peacefully, considering how much pain she was in during the last three weeks. She is at complete peace now, no more pain, and is finally reunited with her beloved husband and her only sister. She was ten days short of 98 years old.
Please send up prayers for my wife and her brother. Even though this was expected, the finality of it still hits hard. The living are the ones who grieve, even when the end is a blessing, in a way. The Departed, when they have lived a full, religiously faithful life, rejoice in their reward. Godspeed, Mrs. Sissy.

My mother in law passed December 23 of last year. She and my father in law treated me like a son. They were very good to me. I offer my condolences to your family.
Will be praying for your wife, her brother and for your entire family. It difficult to lose a parent so I pray God will give you all comfort and peace knowing that she is in much better place.
