and am paying a visit to my Cardiologist tomorrow! Had a PT bloodcheck done last week and more bloodwork done for my Cardiologist visit also! I Swan, you mess around and get on up into your 60's all 'H-E-double hockey sticks' breaks loose!!!

Both cataracts removed in the last couple of months ………. Great results ……….can’t believe the difference🙂

at the local dollar store.
Only need them for reading tiny print, so I try on pairs until a set works, buy them and off I go. Strangely enough, the Lasik surgery I had 17 years ago at age of the 60 has held up fine, plus, as I told a cop once, "I don't need glasses for driving because I know where I'm going!" lol

I was going downhill fast. Hospitalized four times within a six month period and not feeling good at all. My blood work numbers were horrible. Prediabetic, high cholesterol, low D, low calcium, and my pancreas stopped making enzymes. I started eating clean, started going to the gym three days a week thirty minutes, and started taking all kinds of supplements. One month in I bumped the gym days up to five days a week for two hours a day. I was almost 220 when I started and I dropped to 165. I’ve since started to pack on muscle and now weigh a healthy 185 with around 12% body fat. I’m cut and ripped under a very small layer of fat. The best news is all my numbers are great now. I’m feeling like I’m 35 again! It has changed my life.
