matters to anyone. and if we can't win consistently in the ACC, it's not going to be much better in the big 12. but it is what it is. we'll all look back a year from now, with the benefit of 20/20 vision, and proclaim who was right and who was wrong.

I like to cook it up all day on one grill while I've got a pork butt going on the other. Have a bunch of friends over, dink some beer, and watch Clemson play football. Oh man, now I'm hungry...

I don't see that as any different than what Texans do.
I smoke at least 10 pork butts a summer. Maybe 15 or 20 briskets and at least as many ribs.
In fact, I got a pork butt marinating now for cooking tomorrow.
