We should have found an innovative proven offensive coordinator at the VERY least to fix last year's showing.
I love Dabo and obviously having a great working environment just means more at this point than being a top 4 team.
I don't know if I blame him but it sucks seeing us fall from the mountain top, though it was awesome while it lasted.

4 is very possible. This is not a good team! Why do people get butt hurt and deny that. Anyone with any knowledge can see it. Georgia would hang 40 on this team and beat them just as bad as the coots. This Offense is garbage dude. DJ has gotten better but no talent with no OLine is not a good combo

Yeah, I posted some team D stats and got a TD. JFC. Facts are facts.
If we make heretofore unseen progress as a team, and if we get a few breaks in a few games, and if we avoid injuries, maybe we go to ACC title game. FSU and NCSU can easily put a whooping on us if things go right for them and wrong for us.

simply because we are so much more talented than just about everyone on our schedule.
But I do think we will lose some. I don’t see CFP or an ACC Championship for us this year. Here’s to our team figuring things out and proving us wrong!

And we saw some improvement at QB and WR (outside of EJ). Shipley was also able to find some space. He's not a plow-over-you back but a speed back and needs space.
We also took some shots downfield which was good to see.

by it based on that. If we don't play any better than that, or better than we'd played in our first two games, we would lose to Wake, NCST, Syracuse, ND, FSU and Miami for sure, maybe Louisville. If we play like we did in the 2nd half, however, with fire, intensity, and focus, we will likely win all of those. We were simply able to out-talent those other teams by a wide enough margin that we eventually wore them down. While we are still more talented than anyone remaining, with the possible exception of ND, the difference isn't great enough to give us the cushion we have enjoyed in our first three games. Thanks to our awakening in the second half last night, I have hope that we will get there, but realize how ugly it can get if we don't stay awake and play in hungry attack mode for 4 quarters.

This offense is definitely better than last year so me thinks losing possibly 5-6 games is lower compared to last year where is was a REAL possibility if not worse.
Sure, there are no gimmies with this schedule but the facts are we are typically clunky out the gate and last night I started to see things come together that made me feel better than worse about this team moving forward.
Defensively, as much as ppl wanna hate on Wes, we did some good things defensively.
How many screens gashed us for big gains? Not many produced positive plays. 4 turnovers that led to points on the board. This isn't to turn a blind eye to LA Tech getting big plays over the top (drove me crazy too) because that certainly needs to be addressed and I feel like that will get better too.
In game adjustments gotta get better but BV also had games where sometimes the defense had busted assignments letting other teams stick around -- it happens and hopefully Wes can continue to better himself weekly to gain our trust in this dept.
Overall, call it what you will -- growing pains with coordinators, Clemson players not being excited and sleep walking an opp through the first half, Dabo calling plays, etc -- but this team is making strides. This isn't the train wreck we witnessed every game last year where the defense had to play a perfect game for us to win.

are you insane? Miami and FSU will be the only teams that resemble a challenge. We are improved at every position on the field and have a back-up at QB that allows us to run DJ. 2 losses tops in the regular, and that would require some major injuries and some major blunders. Our online took a step forward as well last night, if that continues, an ACC title is on the table.

What are you smoking. With new players Siri on coaches, young players and a defense with key injuries we beat a really good WF team.
Are you this positive in your personal life. I know some people that just can’t find anything positive in life. I feel sorry for people that are always negative.
We have some really good talent coming in 2023. But this season is not over.
Whoever posted the SC with beat us and beat us badly , I call BS. The more I see newer members of Tigernet the more negative the comments seem to get.

I'd add Cuse and Louisville to that list. Syracuse seems to always plays us tough and Louisville has a very athletic dualthreat QB in Cunningham. Neither of those will be gimmies.
