until December. Nothing is changing on the roster until then. You can make changes to the depth chart only. I suppose you could make changes to the coaching staff, ostensibly.
So what do you do, right now, to make this team better on offense and defense?

Reggie Herring is my favorite coach of all time..... Ok, 2nd favorite coach behind Dabo with Brad Scott and BV a close 3rd.
Reggie Herring was at BV level in practice except every other word was a cuss word, which is why TB eventually got rid of him.
Reggie was another level... made the drill sergeant from Full Metal Jacket look like a whimp.

He blitzed every play..... Had Anthony Simmons and Keith Adams. He brought so much pressure he made the Ford twins look good at CB.
Well, maybe not the Ford twins, but you get my point. We had Brian Dawkins and Dexter McCleon to clean up their misses.

Reggie was horrible. All he did was blitz and get burned for doing so. I'll give you 'fun to watch' on the sidelines though. LOL
