They were talking about how the Ncaa was doing nothing about Baylor’s allegations from a few years ago. The anchor was saying the NCAAs rules are a joke and ridiculous. I probably missed something because it was just background noise and I couldn’t really hear but thought it was funny

In shorthand disappearing NCAA said that while it certainly, ahem, did not condone sexual assaults, attacks, insults against Baylor female students, strictly speaking they had nothing to do with football competition and so Baylor is pure. Nothing they could do you know. This is a bit abbreviated but close enough for government work.
