Details are fuzzy but it seems there was something about him.

I don’t think so. They use out of conference umps for postseason play (I think)

He’s usually not terrible, but tonight has been bad

I think that was Angel Hernandez, the worst of the worst. He began tossing players out of games when he cleared the parking lot before games. He was banned in some leagues before retiring.

Linus had one of our games at NC State. You are talking about Greg Street. Coach Bakich was 0 for 5 with him behind that plate until we beat SC this year at home.
