You can punt anytime and anywhere and in any direction during a play
You don’t see it because it’s a live ball and there are possession consequences

Yes you can . If it's forth and twenty, you punt and it is blocked, pick it up and run 15 yards and are still 5 yards short, you can legally punt again. You can look it up .

In no level can you punt the ball once it has crossed the neutral zone/line of scrimmage. This would be illegal kicking. As long as the ball is behind the line of scrimmage it may be punted by the offense.

Ok, so the guys kick (well his 2nd kick) traveled 70 yards.
Did the box score give him a 70 yard average or a 35 yard average, since he kicked it twice?
