I think I will sit in a tree with my 30.06 and hope a 200lb buck decides to attack my stand! All the other crap is just that. If the media reported facts and the local leaders enforced the law then all the burning and looting wouldn't happen. But then again people are stupid so some would attack a guy with a rifle and think they couldn't possibly get hurt!

that Rittenhouse has a good case with a valid reason to file a defamation suit against Joe Biden because Biden was a private citizen when he said (without evidence) what he did about Rittenhouse. I would love to see that happen.

who teaches defamation law, just said that these types of statement are usually dismissed by the courts as "opinion" rather than defamation. Another attorney said that the "opinion" line may have been crossed by Biden, Joy Reid and others and they maybe should lawyer up.

Gaige Grosskreutz is probably the "cleanest" of the bunch.
The first degenerate criminal Rittenhouse shot, Joseph Rosenbaum, out on bond for domestic battery, had been released from a mental institution that very day he was killed. He was a convicted felon — for anally and orally ###### five boys ranging in age from 9 to 11 years old. What a guy.

The truth is the truth. Their goal was to try to say this kid went there to kill people. They investigated, they got witnesses and defendant on the stand.. when all was said and done...we find that he was innocent of the charges levied against him by the race-baiters and anti-gun activists with political biases. So the system worked... finally. There was no public sentiment or rumors of riots that created the verdict. Its re-freshing.
With that said, should the kid have been there and was he grossly naive to think that trying to "save the city" was going to work out well? Very dumb on his part. But the charges against him were all bogus. The prosecution did what they could but we learned the truth and justice was served.
We can't allow political waves and mobs of activists to dictate how we interpret our laws.

if while doing nothing illegal, someone threatens you to the point where you're concerned about your life. It doesn't matter if you're holding a gun or not.
I once had a problem with tweakers breaking into my car in the driveway, looking for and stealing loose change at night. I called 911 and a deputy arrived shortly after. There was nothing he could do except take a report. I asked him what I could legally do if I walked up on one of these thieves with a pistol in my possession while he was rummaging through the car. The deputy said "If he runs, let him go.... don't shoot". I asked "What if he turns toward me and I feel threatened?" His immediate answer was.... "Drop him!". That's pretty much what happened with Rittenhouse.

we can go wherever we want, whenever we want. He had every right to be there, just as the peaceful protesters.
As a parent, I would not have wanted my 17 year old there. Probably not the smartest thing to do. But he was not being tried on how smart he was.
We also have the right to defend ourselves, using force deemed necessary by the threat. The minute he was attacked, being beaten, kicked, and assaulted by someone with a weapon, he had every right to defend himself. He had a weapon that could have been taken away and used against himself.
Facts are sticky things, they get in the way of agendas.
