1. HOW DARE YOU SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THIS TEAM! THE COACHES ARE GODS AND NEVER MAKE MISTAKES. SAME WITH OUR PLAYERS. THOSE TURNOVERS WERE TO GIVE THE COOTS A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY!
2. Thoughtful insights and breakdowns of problems we are seeing and discussion on how our coaches will and should handle it.

IIt makes me mad because we should have put the coots away at half time instead of letting them hang around. Why did we let them hang around? For one our offense turned the ball over 3 times, and yuo won't win many games doing that. Secondly, for the third week in a row,our defense has given up way to many big plays, and too many points. Another is the media hyping DeShaun for the Heisman, and talking about our match up in the CFP's when we have not yet qualified for the playoff's. The team reads this stuff, and maybe they believe it,but Clemson has not accomoplished the goal of playing in the four team playoff. Clemson has yet to put a team away( I don't count Miami)and have let two many teams hang around late in the ball game. Dabo keeps taalking about how it's not about style points,or a beauty pagent, but once, just once,I wish we could have a game where we ran on all 8 cylinders, and put a team away before the half.

I haven't seen one person complain about being 12-0.
It's almost as if everything doesn't have to be a one dimensional deal.

This is a forum where you can post whatever you want. You post your brilliant analysis and we'll read it.
And others can post what they want. Some of us are ecstatic to be 12-0 and to beat the coots again. Sorry that upsets you.
Are we perfect? No. But we are a perfect 12-0 and still very much alive for the NC.
You play to win the game.

As I just stated in another post. I have no problem with the people who are ecstatic we won today and are 12-0. I'm one of those people too. However, I do enjoy breaking down the game and discussing them with like minded people. I think where posters take it to far is when one of the posters asks a question about something negative that happened today and they get jumped all over (haven't seen it the other way around. Correct me if I'm wrong). If you want to talk about how great the season is going, great let's do that. If you want to breakdown something that is causing us problems, we will do that too. But there is no place on this board full of tiger fans to be jumping on each other. Just my opinion.

Cool. Turnovers are a problem lately and some defensive mistakes. And those things may get us beat if not corrected.
But this team is pretty dang good. There's a lot of parity in college football. It comes down to a few plays. So far, we've responded overall and made more plays and won all twelve.
Today we controlled the game. Without the turnovers it's a three to four TD win. The game wasn't as close as the final score. 500+ yards for us. Meaningless TD and 60 yards for them at the end. It was already over. Who cares? We're in prevent.
Good win today other than turnovers and two mistakes on defense.

We are not pointing anything out that the coaches do not know. You think Dabo does not see we have special teams problems? You think he does not know we have depth problems? I am happy with any win. I won't start griping until we lose again, and I hope that is a few years away.

So because the coaches have it under the control and are fixing it (which I have no doubt they are) means we can't discuss it on a football message board? Can you explain please?

We can discuss it all we want. Just enjoy being the #1 team in the nation while we discuss it. I think we have an awesome record for what was supposed to be a rebuilding year.

I completely agree with that.
I guess I might be taking some of the comments the wrong way (I've been wrong before, just ask my wife) but it just seems like most of the posters responding to the guys who want to discuss the breakdowns of the game take the posts as knocking what our team has accomplished. I don't know of any of us Tiger fans who are not thrilled at the outcome so far of the season.

I have no problem with "thoughtful" insight.

Check quozells posts for example. But the whining, sniveling, what are we going to do posts are just plain chicken. Every single poster on Tnet knows that Clemson may lose their next game. We don't need a reminder. And most don't want to suckle you so that you are comforted. Occasionally a poster will try to comfort the naysayers but inevitably the whiners want to whine. Clemson just had a perfect regular season and won the State championship... What is there to gripe about?

1. How dare you say anything positive. I just pooped in my pants.
2. Boy, that was a close call today. Glad we beat our insufferable rivals and got to 12-0. That is a check of a good season.
"Thoughtful" describes the analysis offered by pro and semi-pro writers with by-lines on this site, shakenthesouthland and others. The vitriol spewed by self-important anonymous gurus on the board is no more profound then the babbling of the average end of the bar blowhard.

Anyone see that Cack OL waving the white flag on their last touchdown? That flag was in the form of a Clemson DL's jersey, right in front of the back judge, who was so shocked to see it, he plumb forgot to make any kind of effort to find another flag on his person.
