My prediction is; only be two undefeated teams before the playoffs

I would go as far to say that only one team will be undefeated at the end of the conference championships but I will predict two teams will be 13-0.
We were the very first modern day 15-0 National Champions, it’s hard to do for any team in college football. Kids are just unpredictable from day to day because they are human.
I don’t know who the the two teams will be, I would hope & pray it’s us and Ohio State or Georgia.( if we blow out our opponents the last 4-5 games we will earn immediate respect, so we have time to look great in the eye test)
Let’s all guess how many power 5 undefeated teams will be left undefeated going into the playoffs.
If the power 5 team is undefeated they will be in the playoffs or have always been in the playoffs.
How many one loss power 5 conference champions will exist before the playoffs start? My guess is two will be undefeated and one will have one loss and two will have two loses.
What’s your prediction? We’ll go back and look at this thread after the conference championships.
It will be fun to look at the results. The past 7 years results have been pretty consistent overall. Most undefeated going into the playoffs is 3 and only once, the rest where zero, 1 or 2.
Let’s go Tigers, I’m thankful after last season to even be in the conversation.
I believe if this team matures we could win it all but I don’t see us as a lock yet because of our secondary, WR’s & yes QB but we have the talent to peak like we did in 2016 or the way our rookie QB in 2018 who kept getting better.
Dabo is planning on making room for more trophy’s ACC ? NATTY ?

I'd say at least two is a lock. Three is well within the realm of possibility, though. If it's three, it's Clemson, UGA/Tenn, and OSU/Michigan, IMO. TCU could ALSO run the table. More than two is plausible, at least.

I’ll take the ‘over’ and say there will be four… count’em FOUR undefeated teams in the CFP.
I’ll even go further and list them by rank order:
1. Georgia
2. 0310 State
3. Clemson
4. TCU
Georgia gets a warm up in Atl vs TCU; we have to go to Arizona (AGAIN!) to beat the nuts. Then, in a back and forth battle, BT kicks a 53 yard fg** to beat the Dawgs by 2.

I actually agree with this. I think TCU and Clemson are going to go undefeated. The only thing I'm not sure on is who goes undefeated between Ohio State/Michigan and then which teams escapes the SEC undefeated.
I lean towards Ohio State over Michigan and probably Georgia in the SEC but Tenn has been hot lately.

Out of the P5 champs, my guess will be:
2 undefeated
2 with 1 loss
1 with 2 losses
Likely the SEC will have a 1 loss team not playing in championship game as well.

I think the OSU - Michigan winner will finish undefeated

The Georgia/Tenn winner probably has to play Bama so that one is 50/50 at best.
TCU still goes to Texas and Baylor plus has to rematch whoever finishes 2nd in the BXII title game. I think they will lose a game somewhere. Texas will be favored over them at home by about a TD in two weeks.
And i know I'm gonna get slammed for this, but i think it's more likely than not that our Tigers lose somewhere. I don't know which game it will be, but this team just doesn't seem good enough to finish 13-0. FPI currently gives us about a 1 in 3 shot of finishing undefeated - for whatever that is worth.
In the end i think we will see 1, possibly 2, undefeated teams.

I think our Tigers will finish the season undefeated, but I do not think we are good enough to fare very well in the CFP once we get there.

I think Georgia (at home) beats Tenn this weekend. And I think that Georgia beats Bama in the championship game - Bye Bye Bama. Georgia is undefeated team # 1
As much as I hate to say it, I think OSU beats Michigan and wins the Big - undefeated team # 2
I don't think TCU makes it through unscathed. They face a number of teams that could outscore them.
Our Tigers are undefeated team # 3. They better be or they won't make the CFP.
