Pro Bowl. Many comments about players not wanting...

Feb 6, 2022, 10:52 PM

...to get hurt and it's not worth it blah blah. So my question to those folks is, why stage it at all? Cause it's become a complete joke at this point. Hurting the NFL more than helping it in a huge way.

Speaking of bad bowls... the PBA put red oil on the lanes for the US OPEN Championship today and the pro's wound up looking like amateurs. I was joking with my 87 yr old Mom (who has a 183 average) that she could've beat those guys! lol

There shouldn't be a game. Players elected to the Pro Bowl

Feb 6, 2022, 11:55 PM

should be sent to the Super Bowl site the weekend before the game for autographs and photos for the fans and they should be given a cash incentive and the NFL should match that incentive with a charitable donation to each players preferred charity.

Maybe the starting Olinemen for each conference play in a bowling for dollars competition.

I am a HUGE football fan! I was looking forward to watching the Pro Bowl. I was watching it with my 88 year old father, another big football fan. We didn't even get through the first quarter!! After I saw Renfrow catch a pass, I was done. Can you imagine traveling to Vegas, paying for hotel, and tickets to end up watching that crapfest? I bet the tickets weren't cheap either. I don't remember past Pro Bowls being near this unwatchable. Yeah, they would not play 100%, but they did try. If would have been better if they had played a full fledged flag football game! Very glad Hunter made it, and it was well deserved.

It doesn't hurt nor help the NFL in any way. Just not a real game.

I say just do the skills challenge events and add to it to involve every player involved some way. It’s entertaining and low risk of energy.

The only all star game that acutally works is the MLB

Feb 7, 2022, 8:32 AM

all star game. The rest is a joke. NBA could be compelling but they're just too selfish to play hard. Football I understand. Who wants to tear and ACL or get concussed at Pro Bowl. I say just extend the skills challenges and be done with that altogether.
