Have to remember there is an overall ranking and a recruit ranking. The coots like to use the overall because it includes the transfers which is just dumb. Transfers have anywhere for. 1 year of eligibility to 3 remaining. They are not to be included in the 2024 class ranking. They are a sad bunch. They try to use anything possible to look better.

lol. My guess is you'd feel differently if you had 4 4* kids coming in from the portal. Plus, if they're any good, you've likely only got them for 3 anyway.

The point is there’s a portal ranking and a 2024 “class” ranking. Mixing makes no sense when they aren’t apart of that class. They were part of the 2020, 2021,2022 classes. But hey bud do whatever makes you feel better.

They should be ranked separately. Then just rank the overall roster based on performance which is all that really matters where football is concerned.

We now lead in both average ranking (composite) and class ranking and they haven’t added Wade to our class on 247 yet.

I grew up in Columbia…..in a Gamecock family at that. When have the coots NOT clucked incessantly about the good times they are certain are just ahead for them ? And what is their proven history on the field ?
