slowly in some cases, and not enough changes were made. He's obviously earned the right to do things his way but it is baffling. That stat is simply stunning.

There is only one change which will make a difference and that requires fans to step up their giving to the collective. Anything else is simply rearranging the deck chairs

The motivation for giving to the collective would seem to correlate with Dabo

showing the willingness to use it for recruitment both from high school and the portal, and retention of athletes based on their ability and impact. No one is seeing that so why should they give?

What happens when you give more and more $ and the same Coaches can’t cut it?

I can’t stop thinking about Dabo hiring so many inexperienced coaches all at once… Those decisions combined with the portal/NIL were a recipe for disaster.
It’s no secret why we’ve fallen off. We had a staff that was almost entirely comprised of inexperienced coaches that didn’t know how to evaluate/recruit/develop. Some have worked out, others haven’t. Dabo has made necessary changes but more still need to come.
