With Riley running the Offense, we are 4 deep at QB to go along with quality Running Backs, TIght Ends and Receivers.
We will certainly be better with Cade, but our Defense will give our Offense plenty of opportunities!

We have won 3 National Championships without a ‘Heisman’ QB.

What comes out of those know it all's mouths before kickoff of the 1st game of the season means absolutely nothing bc all they are doing is just talking, and they don't have to know what they're talking about bc they will get paid regardless of what they have to say. That is one job where you really don't have to know too much about what they talk about, and they will still have a job when Monday morning comes back around. They remind me a lot of the weather folks, they can be totally wrong about their forecast and everything is OK, and they will deposit a paycheck on payday come rain or shine....

Sounds to me like we are in better shape at QB than Florida State is. Doesn't sound like they have a viable replacement if the starter goes down.

Not unless someone steps up pretty soon, but their starter is probably good enough to play with anybody, and I'm not going to try and take anything from him just bc he isn't a Clemson QB, but, we beat FSU in their yard last season with DJ as our QB. So there is nothing the know it all's can say that would convince me that FSU is going to come into DV and beat us with a M U C H better OC, and with a M U C H better QB, and with what should be the Ship's best season in this new offense with a solid play caller in Garrett Riley. I'm not going to believe anything the know it all's has to say on that subject bc, FSU will have to beat us first before anything they say will matter, and that's not going to be an easy task for them in DV, period!!!
