It's good to see that. Coaches of his caliber coming to see how Clemson does things gives a big boost to our players in the upcoming drafts. NFL coaches can be confident of the talent coming out of our program.

I recall one scout a couple of years ago saying "I'll take any WR from Clemson, they're just so well coached."

The fact of the matter is, Clemson - like Alabama, most years - has probably passed that point where they have more future 1st-round picks on their roster than any NFL team could.

As they say, you can only draft one first-rounder a year...in college, you can sign as many as you can convince to come.

Philadelphia's guys are OLDER - and hence more developed - but Clemson's are probably equally (or more) talented, especially when you consider you can only have 53 guys on a final NFL roster but you can have 85 on scholie at the FBS level.

An NFL coach could get very jealous indeed surveying Clemson's accumulated recruiting wealth, especially at positions like WR, DL, even QB. They just don't have units like that. There's a chance all four of Clemson's DL starters could go in the first round in 2019...what NFL team has four first-rounders across its defensive front?
