I saw Greene at the game Saturday. Could someone remind me of his injury? He’s like a nickel back but with Carter’s versatility, I don’t foresee him getting a lot of snaps.

Barrett Carter has more plays on, by far, than anyone else

at 370. He's way ahead of even Trenton Simpson (311).
Folks, I think we have another superstar on our hands.

So is pride. He's coming on strong. Shocking that we only had 64 offensive snaps with as many offense series. Then again we did have 7 punts... And pitiful on 3rd down %. Two 2nd year 5* super stud olineman riding the pine. Why no rotations there? We used to have 2 groups that rotated. Cade, 2 play wildcat package. If that's the package talked up all spring and summer, it needs to be thrown in the garbage.

I agree, 64 offensive snaps still seams pretty low from previous years (minus last year). I know we weren't great on 3rd down this game but we are nowhere close to displaying the commitment to playing with tempo that I thought we would see. Even though we don't huddle, we are still snapping the ball with around 10 seconds or less left on the play clock. It would be nice to try and go fast once in a while to see if we could wear the defense down.

The thing I like most about our D, back to the Power Ranger

days, is the depth and the multiple combination of guys we can roll out there with no drop off or miscommunication. I noticed there were times where Rueben and Orhorhoro would be out there with KJ and Murphy, or XT or Mascoll. 10 D-linemen with double digit snaps and XT with 6 gets MVP with 2 sacks, a forced fumble, and another QB hit. We get our D-line healthy and rotating and it could get nasty. Probably the best thing that could have happened was our D getting torched by Wake. Our young secondary grew up quick but now they are getting help up front so QBs (hopefully) can’t pick them apart like Hartman did. Now let’s get our Offense clicking to close out the last half!

I would say our offense has been playing well. Getting in a consistent rhythm has been a challenge at times but we can score points when needed. 2021 through 6 games - 130 points 2022 through 6 games - 236 points
We’ve had a free Bo-berry biscuit game every week so far against better competition than we played in the first six games last year.

I agree about Carter. He is a real baller. I know Simpson is really good too, but I hate Bentley can't get more snaps. I have always thought he is a really talented player.
