No doubt the game would have been 8pm if it were in Raleigh. It’s annoying that we can’t get a night game at home, but every “big” game we play on the road is at night.

I'm not so sure we get Gameday... if we were to get Gameday, why wouldn't we be selected for the ABC game at 8pm? ABC/ESPN could have done that-- it's the best game of the week. I think that week Gameday goes and does an FCS game or goes to NYC or whatever. The issue isn't us, it's NC State. Nobody think they're for real and the proximity of the two schools is a problem for a primetime national audience. Just my opinion.

To get GameDay, two things had to happen. Michigan State had to lose last Saturday. Michigan has to lose this Saturday. Making their matchup less attractive. No other marquee matchups were bigger. I bought premium seats super early hoping NC State could get past WVU, and Florence helped with that. It would have made them a top 10 team. Assuring GameDay, and an 8pm game in the Valley. I was praying for an 8pm kickoff. I’m hoping ABC exercises some right/magic to change the time! Lol. Not gonna happen though. Let’s hope this trip is nothing like their last one! My nerves can’t handle a missed fg into OT to win!!

Post game victory beer drink’in. None of this stuck in the parking lot at midnight. No surrounded by drunks about to puke because they have been drinkin all day. Can enjoy a nice dinner at that Anderson Steak House that I forgot its name but it’s good even though it’s a chain. If one wishes and I do, go to the Esso and hang with older people like me because the College kids are either too young or not going to pay 6 bucks a beer. I am WELL out of school. When I was in school, drinking age was 18. To this day I don’t get our archaic beer drinkin laws.
