Clemson RB named to AFCA Good Works team

The American Football Coaches Association announced today that Clemson running back Darien Rencher has been named to the 2021 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team for his service work in the Upstate South Carolina community. Rencher becomes the eighth member of the Clemson program all-time to earn an AFCA Read Update »

Agreed. Was making that point the other day & somebody on here said I was trying to push a racist agenda, all because I said the criticism of Darien's role on the team was unwarranted. Can't fix stupid I guess...

...and should be celebrated as such. When I see the negative comments about his good works and only being 3rd or 4th string in his career just disappoints me because we all should recognize his contributions and the good this young man has done and will continue to do to represent himself, his God and Clemson University.

We also should not forget his contributions as a scout team player for the good of the team to take those poundings from the Power Rangers and linebackers to help prep those guys for those championship runs...

This dude is a winner no matter where he is on the depth chart...
