I've always done my own polls and I agree with the top 3, but start having a problem at about 4 with USC. I'd have Clemson at about 6 and FSU is way too high unless you believe in Santa or the Easter Bunny. They could be good, but it's not as likely as they are trying to push on us .

I wrote a blog for years until my business and my wife made me quit and I picked the national champion 9 out of 10 times in a row.

Athlon, on the other hand, is usually wrong.

I have no problem with the ranking and it makes no difference any way. You are only as good as your last game and we have many unanswered questions. The ranking Thanksgiving weekend is what matters.

FlSt finishing higher than us in the conference or nationally. No way. I refuse to think USC will be higher than us at years end as well as LSU. I'm not buying this at all.

Clemson is every bit as good as our national championship teams at running back, oline, linebacker, tight end, and secondary. Cade has some things to prove at quarterback, and wide receiver is sorely lacking. This team can make a national title run If Cade proves to be the quarterback we think he is, and we have some guys step up at wide receiver. If not, I still think we win the ACC and play in the Orange bowl

Because clearly whatever moron cane up with this ratings has the vision of a mole rat, or has no idea what football even is. FSU as a top 10 team us absurd. What exactly have they proven to deserve that spot?
