Call me crazy, but if I was waiting on that one offer, that it was the offer I was dreaming of, then as soon as it was on the table, I scoop it up, commit on the spot and be done with it. it was my dream, I have now got my dream offer, so no need for further thought. To not do that means it was not your dream offer, school or whatever, you just want to be able to say I have offers from here, here, here and here.

The business of recruiting has evolved to where these kids are all taught to say the right thing. They are coached to be politically correct. Likely he has said similar things about the other top school offers.

Yes. "Beyond blessed" is a good one. I don't doubt their being genuinely excited, but I guess they have to make sure they don't say anything dumb and create waves.

word meaning is unfixed; determined by the user. Rationality & Irrationality are weighed equally as acceptable lines of thought. Although concepts of reason & logic have vanished. Replaced by proverbs of the Left? Inclusiveness above all? Accept the change w/o question?
