After reading this article I am trying to figure how was Reed passed over for the opportunity to be DC. I wonder if Reed was aware of the plan that CDS had informed Conn and Godwin years ago they'd be DC's when CBV leaves?

The corners played very well. Our defense would have been even better if the offense gave us anything. Wasted a top 5 defense.

(Any chance Booth stays for another year? - Very unlikely for a top 15 pick)
Returning for Clemson are Jones, Greene, Wiggins, Davis, & newbies: Lukas and Pride. Looks to be a very good CB room for next year.
I would hope we can get 1 more to replace the guy on NSD in Feb to replace the guy that decommitted.
Coach Reed has done a good job in building up this position. A or A+ is the correct grade in my opinion.

Thanks for the comment TigerFan40! Reed has done a really good job. Clemson is consistently strong at CB and puts a ton of talent into the NFL with high picks.
