I don't think DT is going to take a step back this upcoming season. I think it will be the same or better.

DE should be much better, but I don’t see how DT doesn’t regress at least a little. They were sooo good last year and lose to much. It is possible the DL nets out better anyway.

If the DE group improves enough that PW can stay at tackle, I think DT may not regress. If PE has to stay at DE, I agree with your thoughts. And also that the DL overall may still be better.

It was a curious last season at DT

TD13 had an outstanding final season -- the LA Rams picked up an outstanding player in the 6th round. Peter Woods was the team's strongest and fastest DT with the best game day performances yet did not start. Ruke started as a 5th year senior and played his worst in terms of PFF ratings in the biggest games, often using his excellent speed to run out of position. Still, based on size and speed, lots of NFL potential. Page and Capehart played well all season.

Looking for this years D-Line to improve over the 2023 line. Page and Capehart were ready last year and are bigger and stronger than last year's DT starters. Burley is hopefully healthier, and along with Green has great potential.

AT DE, Woods and TJ Parker are All-American caliber.

DT and DE will be ready to play vs. UGA.

Didn't Capehart get into some kind of trouble? If so I wonder what his status is for the GA game.

He is fine. I’m not one to look past moral transgressions but this wasn’t one of those. It is a non-factor.

Does it worry anybody else that we've been forced to move an All-American DT in PWood to DE? I'm sure he will do fine out there, but not his natural position and we lose an A-A DT.
