PP, You seem a bit angry or perhaps tense. Maybe you need to spend some time with DW4's stress management team. Blowing off some steam might do you some good. Prolly should carry a NDA for them to sign just in case they get some ideas. Know what I mean?

Thank you for sharing….and…you must have read it to know that you didn’t want to read it.
I love the thought process that goes into the article. I would say far from a COOT post, but hey what do I know?

SCarolina is a garbage program that never wins anything. our rival is Georgia. We are peer programs. We are geographically closer together.
You walk around Anderson or Greenville - you'll see more Georgia than Gamecock. Maybe in not the upstate the Clemson/SCarolina makes sense. ya'll could live in coot-country and are forced to think about more cootU.

Clemson/S Carolina is not a rivalry? What a ridiculous statement.

it's a rivalry that rarely ever determines anything. it's meaningless except for 1/15 years.
we all know Clemson's academic standard is better than SCarolina. we all know Clemson's football program is better than SCarolina. We all know that we literally live head and shoulders above SCarolina.
so why do we even care? how are they different than the citadel, sc state, coastal , etc

They are different because usuc has lower standards than the aforementioned programs.

nobody other than perhaps clemson last year. in clemson. y’know this kind of head up your as s mentality of “my rival is always horrible and has no fans” allows a level of disrespect towards clemson fans that the rest of us don’t deserve. and your evidence is listing off the fans you see of the two most geographically proximate universities where you live. at least we can look forward to a revenge match with our bitter and perfectly capable though currently mediocre rival

DJU WILL NOT WIN AGAIN. I WISHED HIM WELL WHEN HE LEFT. THEN HE THREW CLEMSON AND DABO UNDER THE BUS. ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN GIVEN AS MANY CHANCES AS DABO GAVE HIM AND STILL TALKS TRASH DESERVES A HUGE HELPING OF HUMBLE PIE! HOW I WOULD LOVE TO BEAT THEM IN A BOWL GAME!

BUT, IT WAS a Good'un.........
DJ has done well in their simplified offense.
Would love to see see them or someone else interesting in a bowl game, like USC (Southern Cal). That would give us back-to-back games with both USC teams, and brother against brother coaches.... In El Paso or San Diego, both cities are being overrun by illegal aliens....

Even just this week he did the opposite of throwing Clemson under the bus, & explicitly so.
We're the ones who throw DJ under the bus (not all of us, to be clear).
As for facing Oregon State in a bowl game, I'd rather not. They're competitive, but I don't think we'd handle losing to DJU very well at all, not that we would lose, just not worth the bowl game rather than playing a different team outright would likely be a lot more fun.

I can spell!

"Because I can spell" being the quoted reason for an administrative change is a bit ironic in an article teeming with punctuation & grammar mistakes (& yes, spelling errors as well), even a sentence fragment, but hey, we're not at Clemson University anymore! 😆
I know it's silly & I don't really care that much, especially since it's written anonymously & the article is deliberately meant to be funny, it's just hard not to appreciate the poetic justice, so to speak.
A blowout win by Washington on the road in the rain with a pass-heavy offense & the 130th-ranked defense in the red zone though? I disagree, but we'll see! Washington will likely win, I just doubt the blowout, notably with the weather & how many close games Washington has played in the conference this season.
Still, this was a fun read. Cheers & go Tigers!
