NIL's must be spread evenly amongst all NCAA approved sports. Track athletes, tennis players, even pickleball players male and female must be given the same NIL as basketball and football players.

I have to agree 100% with you bc, the way that it's going, it just isn't fair to the other athletes that represent the same school, and work just as hard, and to watch a hot shot QB or who ever the hot shot FB athlete is getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to play sports at the same school, just like the non FB athletes are doing for penny's, not ever quarters!!!!
Just as I said in another post, college FB now doesn't resemble anything close to amateur sports the way that it was meant to be, and has been since the beginning of college sports. And the big time pay will most be for FB players!!!! And if this can't fixed on a share for all plan, college must take college sports out of their schools. They are are place to further their education, not a place to enter just to make hundreds of thousands of dollars for a select few that come to college only to play for pay!!!!
Colleges were never meant to be a place for professional FB players in training!!!

Well blame the schools for accepting millions on tv deals. Blame the coaches for asking for millions to coach. Blame the networks for putting it on tv. Blame boosters for helping buy multi million dollar facilities.
Why do people think the amateur part left with NIL and the portal? It’s been like this a long time. It’s just now in the open.
Quit blaming the players. Everyone to blame.

The difference is that coaches, TV execs, and various boosters are all in fact professionals with careers intended to make money. Some college athletes may be as well one day, but going to college in my opinion should be about educational opportunity. A great many football players would not get into college otherwise.

NIL opportunities are not being denied to other college athletes.
Judge Kavanaugh's decision made no specific reference that NIL applies only FB or basketball players.
But don't expect the colleges' boosters to go on a binge setting up 'shell companies' to create lucrative artificial NIL situations for non-revenue college sport athletes.
Sure, there will be an occasional NIL deal set up for a non-revenue college athlete. But by and large, the NIL 'opportunities' will be magically oriented towards athletes in the big revenue sports.
