Tired of watching interviews with our veteran players

And every question they’re asked is about other players especially the freshman. It’s their interview and their time how about give it to them. Every WR was berated by questions about Wesco/Moore/Cade, Jake’s interview it was Christian/Cade, Barrett was constantly asked about Sammy. These guys have earned their time in front of the camera the freshman will get theirs.

Easy fix. Stop watching. Maybe it’s because we’ve had abysmal WR play since 2020. There’s a ton of excitement surrounding some new toys. People complain during the drought of info during the off-season and complain of overload once it spins up.

Which is why I have stopped watching for the most part as there is little new/interesting info. I would add our OL and QB play have also been abysmal so it it not just one group as it all works together.

I use to get excited about all the Coach speak and player interviews during Fall camp, but after so many times...it just all feels the same every year. Every coach and player talks good about each other and all that good stuff. I'll look at the weigh in results and any big news, other than that....I'm just waiting for Game Day.

Yep!

Spot the Ball!

**Time for talk is nearly done. I get what the OP is saying here 100%. It doesn't really bother me though. But, I recognize it and am always kind of like; "really"?

But, yeah, time to spot the dang ball and see if everyone has: "become a leader"! "Worked on my body"! "Taken the next step"!

Cliche things become that way; because they are the best ways often to express something. But, with game time right around the corner. For now, I will likely just wait to see what we put on the field as well.

The one that really got me was them constantly asking the TEs about Christian and ending the question saying “Dabo said he’s the best athlete to ever be recruited at TE” like man that’s a question for the coach not the players he’s recruited to the TE room

I think you make a great point, that the questions should not focus on newcomers in any case. Plus, what are they expected to say? "So and so has the hype but a long way from contributing " let the coach tell the truth or hype, not pressure a 20 year old.

Tired of watching interviews PERIOD

The last interview I watched was Brandon Streeter telling us that DJ "ran his #### off."

The best videos are game replays. I couldn't care less what they say; show it on the field.
