The closest thing that you might have seen from a frosh since Skip Wise. What do you expect from another kid from Maryland. Link video:

I really like Del and his energy. He is making an impact for a good team and I expect he will continue to develop and be a fine player. I hope he will be a long term Tiger like Chase Hunter has been. Experience at guard is very important in todays game.

Yeah, am little worried could be a top priority to be tampered with from an elite program to go to portal. Hope Coach Brownell uses some of the bigger NIL deals for him.

The good thing is he knows he should be The Guy and a leader on our team next year. But who knows what semi pro sports will be with all the legal stuff that has to ironed out between now and then.

I was referring to the type of game Skip had since both Skip and now Del are lead or point guards.
People forget that two of the more talents players are being redshirted. Both Ace Buckner, Greg's son, and Dallas Thomas were 4 star recruits out of HS.

CBB has done a good job of recruiting the HS ranks as we have a good class coming next fall. Seems he focuses on talented low 4* and high 3* guys we can afford plus he saves room for a couple of experienced guys from the portal.

Hate that the team has been under the weather, but what a great opportunity for this young man. Look’s ready to play and yet we don’t need him too (until this week).
I feel it’s similar to when Stitt and TO came in. We had veteran starters, even though both of them were ready to go.
Look forward to seeing him get more minutes as the season progresses.
