It still remains to be seen if LSU can overcome the mental hurdle of beating Bama.
I agree that right now it looks like LSU should be able to win the game, but it's been a long time since they have actually done it on the field.

There is for LSU.
Without checking the all-knowing google, I'm not sure that they have beaten Bama since the "greatest game in history" where nobody scored a TD.
Bama has been more talented in most games since, but there have been a lot of blowouts where it seemed LSU struggled to function at a basic level, especially offensively.

Tua had a similar injury last year that they magically repaired, so pump the brakes on Bama being weakened.

They won a title with Jake Coker, AJ McCarron, Greg McElroy, so I wouldn't put it past Mac Jones to win them a game or two before Tua comes back.
