They didn't have it most of the year.
And if Brad thinks that he has players that represent the school well, he should have taken out Eli out of the game for good. That was a cheap shot well after the play. He should have been thrown out of game...

You people who want to get rid of BROWNELL know NOTHING about coaching and team chemistry. Who would you replace him with who’d come to Clemson? We have three big time recruits coming in and I think we’ll be better next year without THOMAS, Reid and Mitchell. We’ll miss Skara defense though.

The "who would we get argument" is always one of the dumbest statements made as regard to potential coaches.
I'm guessing we'd go get a coach who wanted to compete in the best conference in the land, with pretty good facilities, and someone who wanted to make enough money to retire on. Just my guess though

The five starters played 73.2% of the total mins while Trapp/Newmann3 played 17.6% almost 91% from just seven players. Might have helped their stamina, especially the last fourth of the season, to use more zone this year with such limited bench production once they got into the ACC schedule.

Disappointing season,but we should still appreciate all the players and their effort. Thanks guys for giving it your best. I know you, especially the seniors, are more disappointed than anybody in so many close losses. But always be proud that you are forever a Tiger.

Thank you Seniors!! We appreciate the time and effort in representing Clemson University! ... Unfortunately there were some high expectations this year. I was hoping for progress but it appears we lost games we should have won. It's time to change the culture. If not we will continue to be stuck in mediocrity.

It just doesn't seem like our players develop in a way that seems like there better than the last year in my opinion.. It seems like Sims got worse and nobody got better seemingly... Maybe that's harsh but u got to call it likes u sees it..

they at least beat all the teams they were supposed to beat, its getting that one or two games where you're with in one point, constant ly losing those games is a problem that clown couldn't solve

Idk what it is but when I see certain teams it just looks like their players are a different caliber of player than Clemson's. They look smooth and in control while our players look lost half the time and look as if they are trying above all else to run whatever play Brownell called. IDK if I'm doing a good enough job explaining what I mean but it has nothing to do with recruiting rankings because when I see mid majors that are successful it appears they just have guys that glide smoothly to the basket while our guys look like unoiled robots.

so once again we drop the first game of both year end tournaments. Big fricking surprise. If its a quad 4 team in the middle of the year we are dynamite, but if it counts, we just cant put it together ....alll coaching. Maybe we need a coach who believes best is the standard
