The ump had to be paid off or blind

He wasn’t giving us those calls at the ankles.
I’ve never seen so many balls called as strikes as he did for their pitcher.
If his balls crossed the plate & the catcher caught it, he could throw as low as he wanted.
It was unbelievable, he was really close to breaking up at the end.
If we would have had another out we would have tied it up.
We have to kick their butts the next two and we are well capable.
Let’s go Tigers!

The umpires made the game about themselves.

I agree with you but Clemson hitters had a bunch of borderline strike three's called balls early in the game. He definitely started giving FL the low strike later in the game.

While not calling the sidewinders from Mahlsted. We missed plenty of our own opportunities to plate runs, but the strike zone moved during the game.

All false. He had a consistent strike zone and it was the same for both. Some umpires have bigger zones than others, that’s on the individual players to adjust. I’ve never understood the “we got cheated they didn’t give us calls” argument people.

Pitchers have to adjust to the umps strike zone . If the ump has two different zones it is up to the coach to raise #### about it. Some college coaches seem to be intimidated by umps. Tell the ump before the game starts that whatever his strike zone is you expect it to be the same for both teams and you will be watching closely.

He had an inconsistent strike zone and it was the same for both sides. He didn’t treat us any worse than he treated Florida. He was just bad.

I did not like the low strike zone either, but at some point our batters needed to adjust and didn't. Instead we made their pitcher look like Rollie Fingers!

the bat on his shoulders. That was our guys. Never seen so many balls right down Broadway that never even got offered at. We looked like a Monte Lee team, guessing what was coming, and guessing consistently WRONG! Today, let's just SEE BALL, HIT BALL, guys!

He was calling the low strike all game. Biggest difference later in the game is that when Neely came in for Florida he was able to consistently hit that spot.

On tv, 90% of those were strikes that the crowd was booing about. At least that's what the graphics showed on tv. He was just catching the zone low. He did miss some big ones though.

When you pound the zone you get close calls. Gotta swing the bat.
