5,850 deaths. 25% of those infected have to be hospitalized. Hospitals are becoming swamped and tent hospitals are popping up in parking lots as well as convention centers.
This is going to get a whole lot worse before it gets better. Everybody try to stay safe.

Ok, how about John Hopkins University:
277,828 U.S. infected, 7,141 dead, as of today.
CNN is a helluva lot more accurate than Fox News.
Johns Hopkins is neutral, they don't care.
Try not to ignore the point of the post, k? And you and your family try to stay safe, and I mean that sincerely. This is a terrible time. This disease don't give a #### what our politcs are.

I thought 80% had mild symptoms, and millions more could be infected and not even know they had it?
Now 1 in every 4 have to be hospitalized?

"Chinese info", you learned a mild case was fever up to whatever, hacking up lungs, crippling body aches, chills, fatigue, shortness of breath, and pneumonia. ALL classified as "mild".
A case stopped being "mild" in China when your o2 level dropped below 92 or you were breathing at a rate of over 22 breaths per minute. At the point you needed oxygen you became a "severe" case.
Translate that to the US and yeah, that's right up to the point of hospitalization for us too. Catch is we're fatter, more diabetic, and loaded with more preexisting conditions, which drops us to 75% as "mild" cases.
