law school at usc. Of course, my blood runs orange, and Clemson gets all my athletic donor money. However, I do attend a usc game once every two or three years ( other than the Clemson game , where I have a 42 year attendance streak) just to see old classmates and hang out. when I attend these non-Clemson games, I dont wear my Clemson colors. I just figure why go there when I am trying to have a good time and that way I dont have to put up with any insulting remarks, etc. But it made me think-- what if I were to attend this weeks usc-bama game and wear my Clemson gear ? lol... now that would be a good way to p!ss everybody off ! lol...and the thing is, neither one would have any room to talk ! lol

If those guys are truly your "friends", they will respect your choice of allegiance to your colors... That would be the best way to test their loyalty to the friendship, I mean they do wear their gamecock colors around you right!!!

down in at the Swamp 20 years ago. A buddy had tickets etc and all I had to do was feed myself. Heck I always wanted to go to the Swamp and see what it was like.
I wore my Clemson hat to the game. Got asked a lot what I was doing there ? I told them that my Coot friend had zero sense of direction (most Coot fans as well ) . If I hadn't have helped reading the map he'd have ended up at the Penn State game .
We had a great time and the Coots lost after going up 14 t zip at the start of the game .

When Clemson played at Syracuse in 2013, I actually attended the coot game because a family member of mine was being honored at the game.
I watched my Tigers destroy Syracuse while tailgating prior to the game.
I wore a neutral shirt into the game but had my Clemson shirt on underneath.
The woman behind me apparently noticed my orange shirt and asked if I was a Clemson fan. I told her that I was.
She then proceeded to "accidentally" spill a drink on my wife and I. She "accidentally" kicked and bumped into me numerous times during the game.
We sat quietly while she giggled with her friends about her behavior. (This was a grown woman and not some young college girl.)
After halftime, we had fulfilled our duty to watch my family member be honored and we quickly headed for the exit.
From the parking lot in the second half, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed watching Kentucky attempt to make a comeback that unfortunately fell short.
The coots were a confident bunch back then. Little did they know that would be the last time they would beat Kentucky for the next 5 seasons.
Moral of the story. Columbia sucks and being inside that stadium is even worse. Avoid it when possible.
