so when we beat the coots and things are back to normal, what is the appropriate approach when they come callin saying well we won 5 in a row? seems like everytime the overall record is brought up all they can say is "high 5" or the past doesnt matter. I think we should come up with a more appropriate response than their whole past doesnt matter stance.

Suggestions?

I intend to just put their own logic back on them....it's all they'll understand.

"As you have clearly stated before, the past doesn't matter...what have you done for me lately?"

Or...

"Since we're talking about the past, how about those 7 in a row 1934-1940?"

What if we had t-shirts with the following printed on the front -

Since Coots are not very good at math, maybe this could be our new inside joke?
