With any business, the fall of our program can be related also to our rise. 3 things that from building and growing a business, Dabo has not done following our National Championship.

1. Evolve.
2. Keep and retain staff.
3. Do not let past success stand in your way for the future.

It is pretty obvious Dabo has not done these things. Also as much as he has grown our program, his arrogance has gotten in the way.
He feels he is the sole reason for our success. Due to his arrogance he felt he could overcome any coaching attrition etc.

Opposite of business. Study the old MLB standings. The top 4 teams payroll won about every WS for 20 years with the highest payroll the Yanks winning most.

Dabo has been too arrogant to evolve and think we have to use the portal.

Cole Turner and Randall were the starting WRs because our recruiting there has declined for years.

Mafa was returning kicks because recruiting has been declining for years at RB, and at the skill.

We have no one to pull out Cade for because we have no one behind him.

Peter Woods is playing DE because of reclining recruiting.

All the fallbacks and projects we have been recruiting for years are why we have no depth or no room for the portal.

As with business, I think it is essential that the purpose, i.e. the mission, never lose focus. The purpose must be clear and everything must be built to succeed in that purpose, and evaluated if it is leading to achieving that purpose. What is the purpose of Clemson football?
