I don’t know this, so I’m asking.
Can records of J6, including those which were destroyed by the original J6 Committee, be subpoenaed as a precursor to the filing of a civil suit? Or must Trump and his team file a defamation suit against the DoJ + members of the original J6 committee + FBI / CIA / Capitol City Police / Dept of Defense in order to have the right to access the J6 files?
A full disclosure of the entirety of all of the federal Govt’s activities on J6 would be horrifically bad for all of those involved, including those thousands of pre-indictment pardoned (by Biden) J6 actors.
I hope very much that the Jack Smith report gets released.
I believe that I’ve got this part correct:
Every person who has been pre-indictment-pardoned by Biden can still be compelled to testify as a witness in legal proceedings. Unlike the typical witness, the pardoned witness cannot invoke the Fifth Amendment because nothing truthful that he / she says can lead to legal punishment for his / her past actions. However, if the pre-indictment-pardoned witness commits perjory, then that is a ‘new’ crime that can be punishable.
I would love to see the pardoned-by-Biden people called as witnesses in future investigations into J6.

This is pretty funny that some stupid people think modern records can be truly destroyed with no trace. All the records you ####-eating morons are talking about are testimony from people who are still alive and provided the same testimony to the special counsel.
####### morons. You all bring the potential of this country down so much we have to bring in immigrants to at least level the intelligence to average.

It's not hate. It's pity for most and contempt for the worst ones. I always think of half of people as hidden evil. They only do the right thing because they fear the consequences of breaking laws, not because of character or morals. I don't like to think it's more than 50%.
