start times

As a general rule, no game should start later than 11 p.m. (local time). In addition, a game shall not start on Sundays before noon (local time). All final determinations on late start times will be made by the baseball committee and
nCAA national office staff in consultation with the nCAA site representatives on site.

its an NCAA opt....somewhere running around DK is an NCAA rep or two who's making the calls according to pre-determined standards and his own judgement

ACC Commish, former unc QB, and former unc AD John Swofford deserves plenty of criticism (and some praise too) but not for the weather calls
