Need to let Snitker go. It was his decision to bring in Iglesias time and time again when they have the lead and Iglesias will cost them the win. Iglesias has been very good in the past, but this year he has been very bad. His record is 3-5 with an era 6.75 and that is very high for any pitcher especially for a closer. The final draw was when they played San Diego in a tied ball game and he brings in Iglesias and he gives up a home run. Then in the bottom of the inning Eli White is on second and is thrown out going back to second. I was at the game directly behind third base and it appeared to me and everyone in the area that the third base coach was signaling him to go back to second. The next day Snitker goes publicly and blames White for getting thrown out going back to second without even talking to White. About a week later they let the third base go (then they bring back Gonzalez, another head scratcher). There was not a word from Snitker saying anything about Iglesias for giving up a home run (which he has done that a lot of this year) that cost them the game.

Snitker is not a very motivational coach, most of the time he looks like he is not into the game. One time he was caught on camera sleeping during a game and the next day he admitted he was sleeping.
